Individual Coaching:

I once heard someone say about their manager, “I’d follow her to Safeway to bag her groceries.”  I’ve never forgotten that statement as it captures what a great manager is worth to an employee.

Managers are the lifeblood of teams.  They inspire, challenge, courageously give feedback, graciously receive feedback and are the #1 reason people stay in jobs and they #1 reason people leave.  Are you or are your managers as capable of inspiring greatness as possible?
