Coaching in Organizations

Coaching for success in the workplace

Coaching in the workplace helps leaders, managers and teams work through
roadblocks to maximize their potential. Through coaching, individuals achieve
higher levels of success, work teams are transformed, leaders take their skills
to new heights and
managers enhance their ability to develop talent.

As a coach, I am passionate about helping people find their place to shine in the workplace.

Individual Coaching:

You spend more time at work than any other place. Do you love to go to work on
Monday? Do you have a clear path of where your headed and are you so excited
about it that you feel a sense of vibration when you think of it? Do you have a
playground in which your ideas and your work are leading you where you want to go professionally? If not, you should. Our work should inspire us. Coaching can help
you create the worklife you dream about.

Manager Coaching:

I once heard someone say about their manager, “I’d follow her to Safeway to bag her groceries.” I’ve never forgotten that statement as it captures what a great manager is
worth to an employee.

Managers are the lifeblood of teams. They inspire, challenge, courageously give
feedback, graciously receive feedback and are the #1 reason people stay in jobs
and the #1 reason people leave. Are you or are your managers as capable of inspiring
greatness as possible?

As employees, what do we want from our managers? We want to know, “do you have
my back?” “Can I trust you’ll give me feedback, the good and the bad?” “Will you help
me grow my career?” “Will you evangelize me to the leadership?”

Does this describe you as a manager? Do you want it to?

  • Are you a manager that people flock to work with? Do you want to be?
  • Do you know what your key values are as a manager?
  • Are you known as a purveyor of talent?
  • Do you lead key people struggling with the transition from individual contributor to manager?

Do your managers have the courage to be great?

Leadership Coaching:

There are many kinds of leaders. The most inspiring leaders are those that are able to
create a clear vision and we believe in their capacity to deliver on their promise. Great
leaders are open to influence, are not afraid to made difficult decisions and hold true to
theirs and the company’s values. Are your leaders inspiring in a new and complex world?

As a leader:

  • Are you able to create a clear and compelling vision that inspires your organization?
  • Are you aware of the perceptions you have created? Want to create?
  • Do you know how to effectively lead in a changing world?
  • Do you know what your key values are as a leader?
  • Are you breaking through a ceiling or moving from management to leadership?
  • Do you have key people struggling with the transition from manager to leader?

Are you ready to be a great leader?
